Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours of notice to avoid being charged.
Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in 100% of a non-refundable full charge.
A last-minute cancellation will result in a $75 charge.

*Important notification

Any appointments for 7:00 PM or later will require you to be accompanied up to the 4th floor by your RMT. The elevators are equipped with a key fob system that restricts floor access in the building outside of regular business hours. If you have a 7:00 PM appointment, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

Saturday Clients, please give the office a call when you arrive! Elevators are locked out and we’ll have to come downstairs to let you up.

What to expect:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out the intake form so we can start on time. To prepare in advance, you can download the intake form below and submit a direct billing request online.

We will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your primary complaint. Your therapist may perform an assessment. This process takes a few minutes.

After treatment, your therapist will give you home care suggestions (stretches and/or an exercise routine) as well as a treatment plan and when to return for a follow-up treatment.

A brief consultation and home care/follow up suggestions usually takes 5 minutes of your total appointment time, we recommend booking at least 45 minutes for your initial treatment.
